Our Mission
At Carbon Consulting, we are dedicated to providing exceptional support to facilities through our expert Legal Nurse Consultants. Our mission is to address legal liability in healthcare by assessing gaps in documentation and practice.
We understand the importance of identifying quickly and precisely where and when deviations from practice and breach of duty occurred and are skilled in quick, efficient documentation audits.
Once liabilities and weaknesses are assessed, personalized, targeting education is tailored and provided to staff to quickly address and close the gaps in services provided and standards of care.

Chart Audits are done based on the preference of each facility, can be focused or general, monthly or quarterly, and all education created can be presented by our Nurse Consultants. All services provided are targeted to each facilities' needs.
Who We Are
Justine DiDomenico MSN, RN, CLNC
Justine has been working in patient care for over 15 years. She has a unique mix of both legal and medical experience, having worked both in skilled nursing care and with plaintiff attorneys in nursing home neglect law.
